The project will focus on offering affordable and high-quality repair solutions to customers who are looking to fix their damaged or faulty equipment rather than replace it.

Our solution for providing affordable and high-quality repair services for household and office equipment includes implementing a seamless pickup and delivery system. Through our user-friendly online booking platform, customers can easily schedule repairs and provide details about the equipment and issue they are facing. Throughout the repair process, customers receive regular updates on progress and estimated completion time via SMS and App. By implementing this seamless pickup and delivery system, we aim to offer customers a hassle-free experience, saving them time and effort while delivering reliable and cost-effective repair solutions.

• Building out your repair infrastructure (e.g., workshops, repair vehicles, tools and equipment); • Hiring and training staff to deliver your repair services; • Launching marketing and customer acquisition campaigns to generate interest in your services; • Delivering high-quality repair services to your customers and building an excellent reputation.
